SEEOS was born out of frustration and belief — frustration with faceless outsourcing models, and belief in the untapped potential of Southeast Europe.
After 15+ years in the BPO world, running large-scale delivery programs and building multilingual teams across the Balkans, we knew it was time to do things differently.
So we built SEEOS: a people-first company that puts partnership above process, cultural alignment before cost, and long-term trust ahead of short-term gain.
